Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all vehicle parts are properly stocked, stored, and catalogued in the inventory system.
• Conduct regular stock checks, update stock levels, and report on any discrepancies or shortages.
• Safely receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, ensuring they are in good condition and match the order specifications.
• Ensure all parts are stored securely and efficiently in appropriate locations, optimising the storage space available.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the parts storage area, adhering to safety regulations.
• Pick and pack vehicle parts for internal teams or customer orders as needed.
• Ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels to determine when to reorder vehicle parts.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of required parts.
• Assist in placing orders with suppliers, ensuring the correct parts are ordered at the right time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment, ideally within the automotive or vehicle parts industry, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with vehicle parts and their specifications is an advantage but not essential.
