We are looking for a reliable and proactive Stores Operative to support our Stores Supervisor. In this key role you will be responsible for the efficient storage, handling and distribution of materials, tools, equipment and products across the company.

You will play a key role in ensuring operations runs smoothly. This role requires you to operate a forklift to move inventory, ensuring stock is accurately recorded, safely stored and readily available to the production team, as required. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

About The Role

As Stores Operative you will report to the Supply Chain Manager. Strong communication and teamwork alongside supervisors, team leaders and operatives and is essential to ensure the smooth running of the store.

This role involves extensive periods standing. You are required to operate effectively; maintaining products as required. It is imperative that you are aware of health and safety regulations and adhere to them at all times. You are required to carry out all manual tasks with due attention to health & safety and quality.
