Responsibilities:

As an Operations Coordinator - Stores, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of stocks and ensure on-time delivery targets are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing stock movements and maintaining accurate records
  2. Packing tools and parts, ensuring compliance with export and container packing documentation requirements
  3. Meeting operational requirements while upholding safety standards
  4. Conducting and auditing inventory counting
  5. Auditing stores team transactions and reporting findings
  6. Managing calibrated tools, safety equipment, and tooling inventory
  7. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  8. Expediting effective logistics solutions to the operations team
  9. Producing import and export paperwork accurately and on time
  10. Solid warehousing/logistics background
  11. Experience in parts management in a fast-moving environment is a plus
  12. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  13. Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
  14. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  15. Experience in freight distribution
