Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency in Cambridge is seeking a Stores Operative to join a growing aviation-manufacturing business. You will take ownership of stock checks, tooling records and accuracy, ensuring deliveries and tooling are tracked with care.

You will work Monday to Friday with no weekends or evenings, and benefit from on-the-job training plus an annual performance-based bonus as part of a team that values detail and structure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing environment (desirable).
• Familiarity with SAGE or MRP systems for stock control and allocation.

Responsibilities

• Allocating and monitoring tooling and fixtures throughout the production process.
• Maintaining an accurate tooling register to support production flow
• Liaising with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepancies
• Updating records within the MRP system
• Safely lifting and moving products in line with manual handling procedures
