Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Stores Supervisor to oversee all aspects of store management at their Cookstown site. This role involves monitoring stock levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and fostering relationships with the accounts department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role and a sound understanding of operational issues. This will be based in the Company's site in Cookstown - Permanent Role

This company has a fantastic reputation, and they have a beautiful new office.

The role is based on-site Monday - Friday (Early Finish Friday)

Salary:

Fully Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits Package - Yearly Salary Reviews - Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for all aspects of the stores:
    • Monitor and comply with Departmental KPI's
    • Assist the purchasing Department in controlling and administering the receipt and or return of supplies
    • Ensuring all Tools / Equipment are signed out and returned as required.
    • Maintaining all stores related paperwork
  • Tracking, monitoring and maintaining stock levels as required.
  • Fork lift driving as required (training will be provided).
  • Identification and implementation of solution/improvements/preventative action where possible.
  • Responsibility for adherence to H&S standards within the business.
  • Prepare & present information to assist in ISO9001 / ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.
  • Perform security duties - gates / bollards etc.
  • Procure & deliver PPE to employees.
  • Foster professional relationship with accounts Department and assist in financial audits.

The Ideal Person:

  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Sound working knowledge of managing a store.
  • Sound working knowledge of operational issues.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
