Job description

Ensuring adequate flow of raw material to production lines as well as unloading deliveries and maintaining the stores/goods inwards departments.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  1. Inspection/Receipt of goods in material/subcontracted parts to ensure quality standards are adequate
  2. Data input to Company ERP system
  3. Maintaining accurate records of material and stock
  4. Kitting of assembly components
  5. Issuing materials to the shop floor in a timely manner
  6. Maintain and organise large stores/yard area using 5S lean principles
  7. Scanning of documents
  8. Operate forklift truck and pallet truck adhering to health and safety regulations and requirements
The Ideal Candidate will (but not limited to):
  • Have previous stores/material handling experience
  • Have a forklift license and experience in operating a forklift
  • Be competent in using IT including computers
  • Be willing to learn and take on new tasks
HOURS OF WORK

07.00 – 16.00 (Mon – Thurs)
07.00 – 12.00 NOON (Friday)
