We are on a HUGE RECRUITMENT DRIVE for one of our biggest clients based in the heart of Winsford Industrial Estate.

Key Objectives

Reporting to the Management Team, you will be responsible for unloading/loading deliveries safely and efficiently. You will move materials across the factory to the correct staging areas and load/unload pallet racking, ensuring all documentation is recorded accurately.

Responsibilities include:

• Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations
• Distribute stock to various locations around the factory and document accordingly
• Unload goods safely, check off, locate, and document accurately (Goods In)
• Load goods safely, check off, locate, and document accurately (Goods Out)
• Check that loads are secure
• Perform and record daily equipment checks
• Assist with stock checks of all materials
• Maintain production area housekeeping
• Minimize waste by using and disposing of raw materials and consumables efficiently
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in stores when required and lift items with the FLT as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times

The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work, and you may be asked to perform other duties as needed. Adequate training will be provided for these tasks.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience and competence in operating Counterbalance/Reach Truck Licenses
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to meet production output targets and maintain quality

Salary: £13.30 per hour

Your working hours will be 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch), finishing at 3:30 pm on Fridays.
