Job Summary:

The Stores Coordinator reports to the Team Leader and is a key member of the back of house team focusing on stock, delivery & waste activities to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded, so they leave our lounges feeling Welcome, Relaxed & Energised.

Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for taking the deliveries at the goods in dock / agreed location and transporting them to the lounge store areas.
  2. Check the deliveries against the order sheets and highlight any differences and short date items.
  3. Restock the lounge, including bar fridges when required by the lounge hosts, including the movement of frozen, chilled, and heavy beverage items.
  4. Rotate stock to reduce wastage.
  5. Waste away services following recycling procedures.
  6. Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas.
  7. Assist the chef with retrieving stock required.
  8. Assist the Chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently.
  9. Any other reasonable requests made by the team leader or manager.
  10. Adhoc reasonable requests by the local leadership team.

Additional requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; computer skills are an advantage but not vital.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
  • Shifts will be between 0700 and 1500, Monday to Friday, but may vary.
