Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store goods in an organised manner.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by updating records and conducting regular stock checks.

• Prepare orders for delivery by picking, packing, and labelling items.

• Load and unload goods onto company vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods to specified destinations.

• Interact with customers professionally and courteously during deliveries.

• Follow all safety rules and regulations when handling goods and operating vehicles.

• Perform general warehouse duties, such as cleaning and organising the storage area.

• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Essential Criteria

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willing to work remotely on occasions.

• Prior experience in stores operations or a high level of product knowledge is preferred.

• Proficient in basic computer skills for inventory tracking purposes.

• Ability to cover other areas of the Customer Support Hub when required.
