Stores Coordinator

£13ph, NN17, 30 days holiday, 7.30am till 4.30pm M-T, 7.30am till 12.30pm Fri, Pension, Parking, Training.

Due to continued success and expansion plans, a brand new position as a Stores Coordinator has arisen within a well-established company, who boast fantastic longevity with their current workforce:

  1. Managing day to day of Good In & Out, maintaining booking in system (SAGE), recording stock locations, ensuring all paperwork is correct & present for despatched orders.
  2. Maintaining and updating ERP system daily, data entering of POD information onto database.
  3. Liaising with courier contractors arranging collections, monitoring service levels, highlighting any issues to management.
  4. Communicating with customers via email and telephone as and when required advising of part arrival.
  5. Unpacking part deliveries as they arrive.
  6. Updating excel spreadsheets and ERP system daily and compiling information for internal reports.
  7. Assisting with physical stock takes as and when required.

We would expect the successful Parts Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of stock operations, be an excellent communicator, and have a proactive manner with an excellent eye for detail. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.

This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Stock Control, Goods in and out administration, or a Parts Coordinator position.
