Job summary

A leading catering organization is seeking a Stores Controller at HMP Millsike. In this role, you will manage stock effectively, ensuring it is stored correctly and ready for daily service. Working daytime hours from 08:00 to 16:30, you will contribute to keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be reliable, and thrive in a team environment. Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK and UK residency for the past 5 years.
• Ability to pass full vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries.
• Manage stock levels and complete stock checks.
• Ensure shelves and fridges are fully stocked and organised.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Assist during lunch service with plate/pot wash machinery.
• Maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards.
