Heineken Hereford is seeking a Stores Co-ordinator to support brewery operations. You will manage spare parts inventory and assist procurement, ensuring timely delivery and data accuracy in SAP. The role reports to the Stores Operations Team lead and emphasizes safety and adherence to budgeted targets.
The ideal candidate has inventory/procurement experience, knowledge of spare parts, and familiarity with SAP/Maximo. Forklift experience is desirable. Hereford site with day shifts.

Shift pattern:Days based, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm including 1 hour break.

As the Stores Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in supporting overall brewery operations for the site. Reporting to the Stores Operations Team lead, you’ll manage our spare parts inventory as well as supporting our procurement processes for a seamless, efficient and safe running of our production lines. You’ll be based in the Stores Operations team specifically in our Hereford site, supporting the smooth running of production by helping to manage stock, maintain reliable supply processes, and keep information accurate across the department.
