Stores Assistant role at Genting Casinos involves supporting efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods delivered to and from the casino. The position assists the Stores and F&B Manager with electronic administration, stock takes, and audits, ensuring high customer service standards.

Key duties include:

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport companies for timely deliveries.
• Supporting storage, delivery, and dispatch planning.
• Processing stock control procedures and orders in the absence of the Systems Manager.
• Ensuring product quality and contractual compliance.
• Maintaining service standards within the designated area.
• Supporting departmental organization and housekeeping.
• Providing physical support for activities like event setups and floor moves.
• Delivering customer service aligned with company values.
• Ensuring products are maintained, operational, and compliant.
• Performing other reasonable duties as required.
