Stores and Warehouse Manager – £55k - £65k

Are you an experienced Stores and Warehouse Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments, ensuring smooth supply chain operations and on-time production? If so, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee inventory, logistics, and production planning to ensure seamless manufacturing and customer deliveries.
  Manage materials & stock, ensure availability, accuracy, and efficiency across all warehouse operations.
  Lead a team, mentor, coach, and drive continuous improvement in a high-performing environment.
• Streamline processes, enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimise stock levels.
  Ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and industry regulations while improving KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Leadership experience – ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Problem-solving skills – tackle supply chain challenges with a proactive approach.
• Analytical mindset – interpret data, improve processes, and boost efficiency.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Aerospace/Engineering experience is a plus!).
