Sodexo Live! at Manchester Airport is seeking team players who are highly motivated to join our experience-driven hospitality team. You’ll ensure safe storage and rotation of fresh deliveries while supporting overall kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate has chef experience and the ability to work independently as part of a larger team, contributing to memorable guest experiences at premier venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or catering environment.
• Ability to take initiative and work well in a team.
• Demonstrates reliability and motivation to deliver quality service.

Responsabilités

• Taking and recording of all frozen and chilled delivery temperature.
• Put all deliveries away in the correct storage areas and ensure stock rotation.
• Keep storerooms, fridges and freezers clean and well-organised on a daily basis.
• Liaise with suppliers to place orders.
