Job summary

KFM Recruitment Solutions is assisting a client in Hull to fill a Storeman/Van driver role. The position is based in a welding/engineering environment with regular forklift use, goods reception, material issuing, and local delivery driving. A long-term, secure employment opportunity in a friendly workshop is available.

Selected candidate will join a small team, working days Mon–Fri with overtime as needed. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• A valid counterbalance forklift certificate is essential.
• UK Driving licence is required.
• Stores/Warehouse experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving goods into warehouse/stores area.
• Frequent use of counterbalance forklift.
• Issuing materials.
• Local van/delivery driving when required.
• Operating metal cutting machinery when required.

Previous stores/warehouse experience in an engineering/manufacturing role is preferred. Valid driving licence is essential.
