Job Profile
In this role, you will be providing internal distribution of all goods to all departments in The London Clinic and obtain signed delivery notes. You will be responsible for matching all incoming deliveries against delivery notes when employed in Goods bay, processing replenishment orders for departments, unpacking deliveries and putting stock on shelves in main stores, picking supplies, topping up stocks and to assist with returns to suppliers.

Key Duties
- Provide a professional, customer focused Supply Chain service to all user departments.
- Responsible for checking incoming goods to the London Clinic against delivery notes, when employed on the Goods Delivery Bay and purchase orders and file the delivery notes accordingly.
- Carry out the distribution and collection of supplies to all departments on site ensuring no goods are left without departmental signatures.
- Undertaking rolling stock checks of stocks held throughout the London Clinic and reporting and discrepancies found
- Advise the Stores Keepers of any necessary stock adjustments with regard to damaged/time expired items from departments
- Ensuring the system is kept up to date with regards to location details and barcode data and that all locations are labelled up with their appropriate bar codes. Reporting any non-compliance to the Senior Stores Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager
- Dealing with internal and external emails and telephone enquiries regarding stock and product information
- Inform customers of any product changes or shortages and actively source alternatives
- Participate as a member of the wider Procurement team, assisting colleagues within other areas of the department as required and attending departmental update meetings
- Deputising for the Senior Store Keepers as required
Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge or experience in a Stores or Purchasing environment (this can include retail)
- Basic knowledge and experience of stores procedures including stock rotation, stocktaking, stock replenishments and returns
- Good communication skills
- Good level of verbal and numeracy skills
- Excellent organisation skills and a logical approach
- Demonstrable good IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office suite.
