Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring store colleagues to help deliver friendly, everyday service and support customers across the store. You’ll join a welcoming team, learn new skills, and be part of Tesco’s inclusive culture.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with some roles from 12 hours. Shifts are scheduled with at least 3 weeks’ notice, and there are opportunities to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
