Home Bargains is seeking a Café & Bakery Team Member to prepare drinks and food, serve customers, handle deliveries, and keep the area clean, stocked and welcoming. You will gain skills in food hygiene, hospitality, and retail, learning on the job in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Hours are 20 per week with shifts 7am–6pm. Full benefits include annual leave, pension, store discounts, and recognition schemes as part of our supportive team.

Package Salary & Hours £ 12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+). 20 hours per week.

Must be available to work between the hours of 7am - 6pm

Employee Benefits Full‑time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service.

Annual leave is pro‑rated for part‑time or alternative working arrangements.
