Home Bargains is hiring a Store Team Member in the United Kingdom. You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across departments from fresh food to seasonal items, delivering high standards daily.

Shifts include evenings and weekends with 8 hours per week. The role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment where teamwork and customer care are essential and opportunities to learn across different store areas are provided.

As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.

Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends — but don’t worry, we work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need.

Every role is part of something bigger, connecting with people and working together as a team.

Package

Salary & Hours

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+)

8 hours per week. Must be available to work evenings and weekends
