Job summary

SOHO Coffee Co in Leicester is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to deliver excellent customer service, craft beverages and food, and maintain a welcoming café environment.

Join a team with a strong emphasis on coffee quality, teamwork, and daily routines that keep the café running smoothly. The role offers flexible shifts, training, and opportunities to grow within a popular local brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot food categories.
• Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
• Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands-on team that supports each other all the time.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
• From cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks and handling service, every team member contributes to all areas of the café operation.
