Co-op Group in Kilwinning is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store, lead a small team, and deliver essential community services. You’ll be hands-on on the shop floor and tills, directing daily operations while fostering a positive, customer-first culture.

The role involves varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with opportunities to engage with local charities and promote Co-op membership. A 30-hour base week with overtime supports flexible, permanent part-time work.

Formación

• Minimum criteria as stated: age 18+, ability to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Experience in leadership or people management is beneficial but not essential.
• Retail/merchandising or team management experience preferred for stronger fit.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and leading a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
