Shoezone Retail Limited is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Kettering store on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support the Store Manager and cover in their absence. A flexible, all-rounder approach is valued in this busy retail environment.

You will provide excellent customer service, coach the team to the same standard, and ensure the shop floor always looks its best. The role is 21 hours weekly with a flexible rota and includes thorough training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service ethos and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced store environment.
