Footasylum is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to lead from the front at the Glasgow Fort Store. You will coach Sales Assistants, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive high standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants.
• Passion for fashion retail and Footasylum ethos.
• Experience in fashion retail is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Efficient and highly organized with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sales: To maximise the number of sales in-store.
• Service: To satisfy and build loyalty so customers return.
• Profit Protection and Stock Control: Monitor stock and ensure safety.
• Merchandising, Space, Stock and Display: Present products to attract customers.
• HR: Ensure fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
• Training and Recruitment: Participate in developing the store’s skills and knowledge.
• P&L: Manage day-to-day expenses to run the store successfully.
• Property: Maintain the store portfolio.
• Health and Safety: Ensure safety provisions are followed daily.
• Forward Planning and General Duties: Plan for the future and assist in running the unit.
