We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our Vans team based in Cardiff.

As a supervisor in our store, you will act as the vital link between store management and the sales associates, driving service and sales.

As a Store Supervisor, your sales and communication skills will contribute significantly to our store's success.

How you’ll make a difference

• Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
• Coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer-ready
• Maintaining store appearance and retail operation standards according to brand guidelines
• Ensuring operational policies are respected
• Understanding and contributing to store KPIs to achieve targets

• You love interacting with people and set a great example for the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for customer experience
• You can create a supportive and fun environment that delivers excellent service
• You have experience in opening and closing a store and taking responsibility when necessary
• You come from a retail background, ideally with fashion or lifestyle experience
• You have excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• You are proficient in MS Office and POS systems
• You are flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
