Timberland is seeking a Store Supervisor for our East Midlands Outlet Store in Alfreton. This fixed-term 12-month, full-time role bridges store management and sales teams, driving service, sales and daily retail excellence.
You will coach staff, maintain brand standards, and ensure policies are followed to deliver a consistent customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, opens/closes the store, and communicates effectively in English.
