Contract: Temporary

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, working on a rota basis)

About the Role

Are you an experienced supervisor in the retail sector with a passion for agriculture? Do you have the confidence to motivate, drive, and lead a team? Are you committed to providing the highest levels of customer service? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team in Worksop, supporting the Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of the retail store, including managing stock, cash, equipment, and facilities, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
  • Coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver high customer service levels
  • Maintaining store appearance and adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Ensuring operational policies and procedures are followed
  • Understanding and contributing to the achievement of store KPIs
  • Leading by example in customer interaction, demonstrating enthusiasm and a hands-on approach
  • Managing store opening and closing responsibilities
  • Possibly coming from a retail or hospitality background with some agricultural or lifestyle experience
  • Communicating effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
