Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Gowerton, Wales. You will lead a small team during shifts, ensuring excellent service and smooth store operations in a busy community-focused store.
You'll be responsible for merchandising, stock checks, and helping drive membership growth and community engagement. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with a salary of £14.48 per hour and regular overtime, permanent contract.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community.
Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers.
Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
