Job summary

The North Face in Bicester Village is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to bridge store management and sales associates. You will help drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards.

Open/close duties, weekend availability, and strong communication in English are required. A friendly, proactive approach and comfortable use of POS systems are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Open/close store responsibilities and ownership when needed.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Maintain brand visual merchandising and store standards.
