Your daily responsibilities

  • Engage authentically with customers by sharing stories behind the Zegna brand, products, and craftsmanship.
  • Build ongoing relationships to make customers feel valued and part of the Zegna world.
  • Achieve sales targets by executing store plans and suggesting strategic improvements.
  • Maintain the store environment, including visual merchandising, packaging, stock management, inventory, cashiering, and reporting.
