Job summary

NEXT is looking for a proactive and friendly teammate to efficiently process stock and deliver superb customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will handle stock accurately, keep areas tidy and support both sales floor and back areas while reporting to Coordinators or Managers.

The role offers flexible working options and opportunities for development from day one, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction in our Watford store.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly: scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and put-away.
• Ensure stock is presented correctly on sales floors or stockrooms.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Provide fast, friendly service on the sales floor or back areas.
• Work as part of the store team reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
