Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a store-based Colleague to help deliver great service and support daily store operations. You’ll meet customers, learn about products, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive team environment.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour and rises to £14.55 in certain London stores, with some locations offering additional payments. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with roles from 12 hours also available. Flexible working conversations encouraged.

Qualifications

• To be over 18 for this role.
• A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate openly.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
