Job summary

B&M is seeking a Replenishment Manager in Colchester to own stock flow and lead a small team. You’ll manage deliveries, ensure shelves are stocked, and keep the floor ready for customers. This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to maintain availability.

You’ll drive stock levels, organise your team, and maintain fast-paced store operations while delivering strong customer service and productivity results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
