Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact? We're assembling a dynamic Store Renewal Squad to give some of our stores a fresh new look — and we want you to be part of it!

This hands-on, field-based role will start with exciting refit projects in Hungerford, Cadnam, and Beaconsfield on a 6-month fixed term. It’s about getting involved, working as part of a motivated team, and transforming our stores into places our customers will love.

Previous refit experience is a bonus but not essential — we're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a team spirit. As this is a field-based role, the ability to drive is preferred but not necessary.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Pricing stock accurately
  2. Replenishing shelves and maintaining stock availability
  3. Following detailed setup guides and planograms
  4. Supporting the refit process and maintaining high merchandising standards

  • Store operations run smoothly with minimal impact on customers
  • Safety is prioritized and maintained
  • You collaborate effectively with store teams and contractors
  • Stores are refreshed, clean, and ready for customers
