Position Overview

We are hiring for two Store Project Management Associate positions within our creative team. These roles support the Construction team in coordinating and administering the opening of new stores, refurbishing existing stores, and managing special projects across EMEA for both DTC and Wholesale initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • PO Management: Manage purchase order operations, including raising and updating POs on Ariba, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve PO issues and support procurement processes.
  • Contract Support: Assist the legal department with contracts for local architects, general contractors, and millworkers.
  • Project Coordination: Update Archibus, produce and maintain project calendars, coordinate milestone dates, and highlight risks and opportunities to construction managers.
  • Financial Management: Prepare monthly spend summaries, forecasts, and opening cost budgets for projects.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain store opening project files, manage drawings, and ensure accurate data archiving with RL Architecture & Design Studio.
  • Communication & Archive: Publish project updates, coordinate information collection for maintenance, and manage photo archives of store openings.
  • Presentation & Coordination: Create decks for architecture and design calls, and facilitate seamless communication with external and internal design teams.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • High technical knowledge supported by formal qualifications in construction or design.
  • Experience in a retail design environment.
  • Strong technical, creative, and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently.
