Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Sheffield is seeking a Store Product & Visual Lead to take ownership of product presentation, visuals and customer experience across a trend-led store. You will drive commercial standards and lead a small team to deliver compelling in-store launches.

You will work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing, coach staff on product knowledge and presentation, and support refits and new concepts to boost performance and brand impact in the local market.

Are you a commercially minded fashion retail leader with a strong eye for product, presentation and customer experience?

We're recruiting a Store Product & Visual Lead to join a trend-led fashion brand in Sheffield. You'll take ownership of product presentation and visual standards, ensuring the store is inspiring, commercial and aligned to the brand.

The Role

• Lead and develop the Store Product & Visual team.
• Own product presentation, merchandising and visual standards.
• Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns and new product introductions.
• Use sales and customer insights to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations.
• Coach teams on product knowledge, presentation and commercial awareness.
• Support refits, new concepts and store development where required.

About You

• Experience in Product, VM, Product Merchandising or a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• A strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for product and customer experience.
