Job summary

CP Management Solutions LTD on behalf of a well-established client is recruiting an experienced Stores Operative in Cardiff. The role focuses on goods receipt, storage and orderly stock control within a busy warehouse environment.

You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load and unload deliveries, and help maintain accurate stock records while ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. Standard Monday to Friday hours with stable, predictable shifts and an opportunity to develop

Qualifications

• Experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics environment.
• CSCS card or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely.

• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse/stores
• Picking and preparing materials for dispatch

• Supporting the wider warehouse/stores team as required

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced

Stores Operative ideally with a valid Counterbalance FLT and CSCS card in Cardiff.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:07.30 - 17.15

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse/stores
• Picking and preparing materials for dispatch
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and records
• Keeping the stores and warehouse areas clean and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse/stores team as required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous stores, warehouse or logistics experience
• CSCS card or willing to do it
• The ability to carry out manual handling duties where required
