Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Store Person to support back-of-house operations at airport sites across the UK. You will inspect deliveries for quantity, quality, use-by dates and temperature, and ensure they are stored correctly to uphold hygiene and safety standards.

You will be responsible for promptly putting away deliveries, maintaining stock integrity in shared storage areas, and adapting to early starts.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and stay organised under pressure.
• Willingness to work early starts, including 3am shifts.
• Completion of a 5-year work/education/personal history and criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries correctly, following stock guidelines and hygiene standards.
• Put away deliveries promptly after receipt and in appropriate storage areas.

In this back of house role you'll ensure all delivery items are inspected for quantity, quality, use by date and are at the correct temperature. Ensure all deliveries are put away correctly following good food hygiene and safety standards as soon as possible after delivery. In units where there are shared storage areas make sure that deliveries are kept separate and stored in the appropriate area for each unit, following strict stock guidelines are followed at all times.

You're someone who will provide vital support, no matter what time you're working, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. Early starts mean early finishes!
