Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Store Person to support back-of-house operations across our UK airport locations. You will inspect deliveries, ensure correct storage, and maintain stock accuracy while following safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect deliveries for quantity, quality, use-by dates and temperatures.
• Store deliveries correctly following stock guidelines and segregate shared storage areas.
• Support operations across shifts, including early airport start times.
• Assist in maintaining HACCP/food safety standards and hygiene requirements.

In this back of house role you'll ensure all delivery items are inspected for quantity, quality, use by date and are at the correct temperature. Ensure all deliveries are put away correctly following good food hygiene and safety standards as soon as possible after delivery. In units where there are shared storage areas make sure that deliveries are kept separate and stored in the appropriate area for each unit, following strict stock guidelines are followed at all times.

You're someone who will provide vital support, no matter what time you're working, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. Early starts mean early finishes!
