Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively

• Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
• Handle inventory, stock management, cash processes, and ensure smooth shifts

Requirements

• Experience leading a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to delegate tasks and motivate staff
• Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Passion to be a key part of the Store Team
• Proactive and encouraging approach to colleague development and store operations
