As a Store Operations Supervisor at Heytea, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple stores within a designated region. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and upholding the Heytea brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of Heytea stores within the assigned region.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.

Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and high-performance culture.

Conduct regular performance evaluations.

Develop and manage budgets for each store.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.

Customer Experience:
