Position: Regional Store Manager

Location: London (with travel as needed)

Job Description:

As the Store Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations of Molly Tea’s flagship UK stores and support franchisees as the brand grows. You’ll lead recruitment, training, and operations management to ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of company-owned and/or franchise stores
  • Recruit and train store teams, set service and quality standards
  • Develop and enforce SOPs and ensure operational consistency across locations
  • Manage budgets, inventory, cost controls, and KPI reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and HQ teams on campaigns and new launches
  • Support franchise partners in operational guidance and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in store operations (preferably in F&B or hospitality)
  • Leadership and team management experience essential
  • Startup mindset: ability to build structure and scale from scratch
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese a plus
  • Passion for tea, hospitality, and customer service excellence
  • Right to work in the UK
