We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven store manager to join our team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to surpass targets, and providing world-class service, we'd love to hear from you!

In the UK, we are proud to have recently been recognized in the Sunday Times 'Best Places to Work 2023', as one of only 11 in the 'very large' employers category.

The Role

The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Support and motivate the in-store team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs by maximizing opportunities and exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service.
  2. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store team, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success.
  3. Receive thorough training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. With support from the regional sales manager, develop your team to unlock their full potential and support succession planning.
Ideal Candidate

Our store managers are brand ambassadors. The right candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player, confidently supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer retailing is preferred. If you are a senior supervisor or current assistant manager seeking your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you. We value individuals who embody our core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability
  • Passion for delivering exemplary customer service
  • Ability to understand and translate Pandora's local and global strategies into store and regional KPIs
  • Experience using data to identify trends and take corrective actions
  • Strong communication skills for team coaching and development
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
  • Positive attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora's products and values
  • Well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products
Why Work With Us?

Our people are key to our success. We offer a competitive rewards package, including:

  • A highly competitive salary
  • Monthly bonus of 10% (potential for 20%)
  • Annual jewellery uniform allowance
  • Generous employee discount
  • Access to retail, hospitality, and entertainment discounts via our benefits platform
  • Support services for health, wellbeing, financial advice, and legal aid through 'Retail Trust'
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
