  • Coach your team to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Create a strong safety mindset and foster a culture of safety within your team.
  • Recruit, onboard, and induct high-caliber new team members.
  • Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and stock integrity.
  • Stay informed about pet care, products, and services to provide expert advice.
  • Create a fun, supportive in-store culture where your team enjoys coming to work.
  • Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships proactively.
