Job summary

Aldi UK is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead a multi‑million-pound store and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll manage deliveries, ordering and scheduling to hit efficiency targets while driving sales and controlling costs.

In this role you’ll develop your team, tackle customer queries, and uphold Aldi’s standards on performance and operations. A rewarding position with strong career progression and benefits.

You’ll need to be:

• An experienced people-manager
• Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment
• Skilled in time management, cost control and boosting operational efficiency
• Motivated to consistently achieve targets
