Job summary

Aldi UK is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a multi-million pound store, inspire the team and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll drive orders, scheduling and deliveries while steering performance and cost-control to maximise sales and efficiency.

You will motivate staff, manage performance, monitor KPIs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. A strong people-focus and commitment to equality are essential.

You’ll need to be:

• An experienced people-manager
• Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment
• Skilled in time management, cost control and boosting operational efficiency
• Motivated to consistently achieve targets
