Store Manager - Watford

We are hiring for a Store Manager to join our team at Watford (Atria Shopping Centre).

In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, develop strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales and profitability, and ensure adherence to company policies. You will also have the opportunity to implement marketing programs to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

We invest in training and development to support your growth. You will receive regular 1-2-1s, training, and support, along with all the necessary tools to succeed and feel empowered.
