This position is for our brand new store opening in Wandsworth, London!

Address: SOUTHSIDE SHOPPING CENTRE, WANDSWORTH, SW18 4TF

As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, achieve performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coach your team to deliver excellent customer service, define daily objectives, and drive KPIs.

You will also develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1 meetings and genuine team connections by celebrating successes!
