Jimmy Fairly is seeking a Store Manager to maximise store targets, lead a cohesive team and deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will train and develop staff, manage operations and ensure brand standards across the shop floor, optics, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Store Manager or leading a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximise store targets and KPIs.
• Lead and coach your team for exceptional in-store experiences.
• Monitor shop floor activity and report to Head of Retail.
• Analyse commercial performance and drive turnover.
• Ensure stock management and loss prevention are effective.
• Maintain excellent customer service and brand standards.
