As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience every day.

  • Hands-on operations - You’ll own your P&L and lead on key KPIs across the store, focusing on profitability and controllable costs (hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control) to maximise sales and profitability
  • Visual standards - Our brand visual standards are high, and with support from our Visual Team, you will excel in their execution, ensuring your team does too
  • Active listening and sharing - Your passion for our products will help the business grow and improve. You’ll cultivate a platform for active listening with your team and share ideas with your wider store partners. Everyone’s ideas matter—what are yours?
  • Store maintenance and safety - Your store is your specialty. You will keep it compliant, managing product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts, H&S policies, and ensuring everything is in place for efficiency and safety
  • Experience and achievement - With previous store manager experience in a fast-paced environment, you can demonstrate a record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. You understand how to lead and implement company strategies that drive strong performance
  • Passion for retail - You have a passion for all aspects of retail, creating a unique experience for each customer
  • Leadership with purpose - You lead with purpose, engaging and developing your team to share enthusiasm for the brand and the customer experience
